Wildlife Friendly Garden Featured in House Beautiful Magazine, August 2024

Writer's picture: Kristina ClodeKristina Clode

Fabulous article in the August 2024 edition of House Beautiful UK Magazine on the wildlife friendly Eco House garden, near Rye which we designed and which won the Design for the Environment Award at The Society of Garden Designers 2022 Awards.

Designed to create enticing habitat for the resident pipistrelle bats and other wildlife, we also used local, natural materials to minimise the carbon footprint of the garden hand in hand with the new Eco house on the plot (built to replace the crumbling former house on the site).

The front garden is a drought tolerant, coastal inspired gravel garden, and the rear garden has a wildflower meadow, orchard, bog garden and pond.
